|| Todd Tiberi practices intellectual property law in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He has worked in various technological areas, including pharmaceuticals, Hatch-Waxman cases, biotechnology, chemicals, consumer health care products, and mechanical devices. He presents talks on patent litigation and related matters. Todd earned law degrees from Columbia University, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and the University of Pittsburgh, where he was a member of the Law Review. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
