Mr. Chiappari* is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Partner of the law firm Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP in New York City. He lectures regularly on business immigration issues. He will address the following topics:
- Various categories of business and student visas
- Possibilities of changing from one visa status to another
- Adjusting your nonimmigrant (temporary) visa status to immigrant
(permanent) status
- Any other visa or any immigration-related issue which you submit
to us in writing ahead of the presentation.

Please note that this event is for those currently residing in the US on business or student visas. Questions pertaining to tourist visas are outside the scope of this seminar.

You may pay by check or by cash at the event. Checks should be made payable to 'The Manhattan Hungarian Network'. Seating is limited and walk-ins by people who have not RSVP'd will not be accommodated. Please bring photo ID to show to the security desk in the lobby.
